Learning and sharing heritage across the generations
A community celebrating their heritage
Beacon on the Hill is an ongoing project funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to funding raised by National Lottery players, the project has created a new heritage gateway and improved community facilities at St John’s. There are many opportunities to create, learn new skills and help shape this new resource which celebrates the character and community of Titterstone Clee Hill.
Local people interested in nature, local history or learning new skills have stepped up to help record and share local heritage, help at events and work alongside artists to create new work.
As well as the National Lottery, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and several other funders, both local and national, have contributed to the improved facilities and repairs to the building. Thank you funders!
